Pennsylvania’s COMPASS portal is the Keystone state’s website for health and human services. Residents can use it to apply online for many benefits that include:
- Health Care Coverage
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (Food Stamps)

- Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
