ashington, D.C.– Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01) this week sent a letter to Attorney General Bill Barr expressing his concern over the recent assault of journalist Andy Ngo by the militant Antifa movement in Portland, Oregon.

“Antifa is a danger to the safety and wellbeing of the general public,” said Fitzpatrick. “Designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization would be a significant step to protect journalists like Andy Ngo and all Americans who exercise their First Amendment rights.”
