WASHINGTON D.C. – U.S. Representative Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) has announced Representative Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE) as the new Co-Chair of the Congressional Delaware River Watershed Caucus. This bipartisan caucus gives voice to funding and conservation needs throughout the watershed.

Fitzpatrick, Co-Chair of the Congressional Delaware River Watershed Caucus. “It is critical that we continue to invest in conservation efforts and improving environmental policies through American innovation will maintain our Basin and grow our economy. This bipartisan caucus will advance coordination on significant programs throughout the Delaware River Watershed.”

The Delaware River Basin generates $25 billion in annual economic activity and contributes $21 billion worth of ecosystem goods and services each year. The watershed touches 23 congressional districts across four states.
