As your Member of Congress, I look to ensure that your federal government invests in the policies and programs that help our communities, state, and nation move forward. The deadline for completion of this form is March 10, 2026, by Close of Business.
That’s why it’s important I hear directly from you about what our federal budget should prioritize. If your organization participates in federally funded programs, please fill out the following form to detail your requests for program funding. Requests must be merit-based and comply with House rules. Requests will only be accepted through this website.
